Story 1 that related to perseverance : The farmer and the donkey (yang dapat diambil dari cerita ini adalah walaupun di luar sana banyak yang mengutuk, menganiaya bahkan mengatai kita, sebagai manusia kita harus tetap gigih serta selalu berusaha lepas dari semua hinaan tersebut

COURAGE & PERSEVERANCE : Story of Nick Vujicic who born without arms and legs but he can touch people’s heart. (yang dapat diambil dari cerita ini adalah tiap orang yang memiliki keinginan kuat dalam dirinya, bagaimanapun keadaannya mimpi tersebut pasti tercapai cepat atau lambat)

Self-confidence : faith in one’s own abilities, little fear of unknown, stand up for one’s belief, courage to risk embarrassment (setiap orang pada dasarnya memiliki kekuatan dan kelemahannya sendiri, yang ditonjolkan adalah POSITIFNYA)

Haunted by self-deception : focusing on others’, criticism comparing self with others, obsessed by what you lack

Envision yourself: FAILURE : Self-confidence (do this regularly)

1. Positive self-talk (ex: I feel good today, I will enjoy my lesson to day, I will speak kindly to others today)
